On Tuesday 22 November 2016 Joina City hosted the COH Mayor His Worship B Manyenyeni during the Centenary Bridge Christmas lighting ceremony. This was a historic event in that it was the first time the Centenary Bridge had lights and this was due to our long standing partnership between Joina city and the CoH. Our vision is for the bridge to be clean, safe and secure which has come to fruition. Those who have not visited the Centenary Bridge lately need to do so.

The management of the bridge advertising, activations and lights installation were all handled by Geronimo. Geronimo have been contracted by Joina city and endorsed by the City of Harare to bring the magic to the Centenary Bridge. The Centenary Bridge was re-opened to the public after renovations and restoration of the structure on 15 March 2016.
